Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role
We’re expanding our product portfolio with new whole-slide scanners for cytology and pathology, and we’re looking for curious and driven full-stack developers to join our Scanner Solutions team!
As part of this growing team, you’ll be involved in discovering and developing new solutions for future products. You’ll work across the full software stack—from user interfaces to hardware integration—and collaborate closely with experts in optics, electronics, and machine learning.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and build new features using C++, C#, Python, and SQL
- Contribute to software architecture and design
- Work with image processing algorithms and machine learning models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Hardware and Innovation to explore new product ideas
- Help test and refine systems involving image sensors and optics

About You
You’re a passionate full-stack engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and working across different technologies. You’re eager to learn, thrive in a team setting, and want to be part of something meaningful.
Your Experience:
- M.Sc. in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in software development (C++, C#, Python, or similar)
- Interest in product development involving hardware and software
- Familiarity with image processing, optics, or machine learning
- Experience in product development involving electronics and/or mechanics is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English
