The Supply and Sourcing department is responsible for the supply chain of components and products in CellaVision. Working here involves customer order handling, supply planning, manufacturing as well as strategic sourcing and purchasing. The Supply & Sourcing team works continuously to reduce manufacturing costs for CellaVision products by finding the right partner and by implementing regular efficiency improvements to achieve as low a total price as possible.
