Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and business-savvy Project Manager to join our Supply & Sourcing team. This role will report to the Director Supply Chain and play a pivotal part in driving cross-functional initiatives that ensures timely, compliant, and the efficient delivery of medical technology products.
The role sits at the intersection of operations, supply chain, quality, engineering, and other stakeholders ensuring the projects move from concept to production with precision and regulatory discipline. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, execution, communication, and continuous improvement within a highly regulated environment.
Key tasks as Project Manager
Lead end-to-end project planning, including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation and risk management.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (procurement, production, Supply chain, Quality etc.)
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to maintain schedule and budget.
Facilitate structured project meetings, status updates and decision-making forums.
Ensure all project activities comply with ISO13485, FDA QSR, MDR and other relevant standards.
Service as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and present reports, dashboards etc for the project and for leadership.
Track project costs and ensure alignment with financial targets.
Identify resource needs and collaborate with functional managers to secure support.
Evaluate project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Participate in projects related to the position.

About You
Bechelor’s degree, university education, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business administration, Engineering or equal experience, preferably in the MedTech industry or in the technical field relevant to the position.
Minimum 3-5 years workexperience of project management in relevant fields.
Self-motivated, driven, structured and detail oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
Colaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Communicative, service oriented and flexible with high integrity.
Problem solving skills and with an interest in processes and numbers.
Ability to overview the situation, multitasking and being meticulous at the same time.
Very good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish.
Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
