Supply Chain Planner

We are seeking a dynamic and business-savvy Supply Chain Planner to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in creating an efficient Sales and Operations Planning process where supply meets demand, by driving collaboration with product customers, development, purchasing, production, Sales and suppliers.
Key tasks as Supply Chain Planner
Drive and improve Sales and Operations Planning process.
Identify and implement strategies to improve and monitor supply chain such as demand- and capacity planning, allocations, product introductions.
Drive and facilitate collaboration with stakeholders up-streams and down-streams to track, analyze and implement actions to improve the supply chain.
Implement and monitor processes regarding supply chain planning such as demand forecasting, inventory strategies, phase-in and phase-outs in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Production, Finance and Suppliers.
Design, develop and implement processes in ERP-system supporting the supply chain.
Design and create tools and Key Performance Indicators to improve supply chain performance.
Project supply and financial implications.
Participate in projects related to the position.

About You
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in relevant fields.
· Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships.
· Fluent in both English and Swedish (written and spoken).
· Self-motivated and driven.
· Able to work alone and in teams.
· Service oriented and flexible with high integrity.
· Analytical with problem solving skills and with an interest in processes and numbers.
· Ability to overview the situation, multitasking and being meticulous at the same time.
· Understand and oversee the life cycle of a product or a material.
· Understanding of component and product flow in a supply chain environment.
