Investor Relations and Corporate Communications Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and business-savvy Investor Relations & Corporate Communications Manager to join our team. This role will report to the CFO and play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our communication strategy, ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, analysts, media, and employees.
The ideal candidate is structured, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. With at least five years of relevant experience, you will bring a strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the confidence to represent our company’s voice at the highest level.
Your responsibilities
This role will require close collaboration within the global organization, leadership and external partners to ensure alignment of messaging. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior management, speaking up and contributing with a strategic perspective when required. Given the current organizational needs, the initial focus will be on the investor relations role with a long term increase in corporate communications responsibilities.
Investor Relations
Manage day-to-day investor relations activities, including earnings announcements, investor meetings, and analyst interactions.
Prepare investor presentations, press releases, and financial communication materials including Quarterly Interim Reports and Annual and Sustainability Reports.
Ensure compliant, clear and efficient communication for all Investors on all available platforms.
Monitor market developments and provide insights to management.
Project lead capital market days, roadshows and other investor events.
Corporate Communications
Develop and execute a structured, long-term corporate communication strategy (internal & external), aligned with business objectives ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Manage communication to key stakeholders, including media relations, crisis communications, and internal updates.
Ensure consistent and professional messaging across all channels and audiences.

About You
· Experience managing Investor Relations for a publicly traded organization.
· Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or a related field.
· Strong business acumen with a proven ability to understand financial and operational drivers.
· Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships.
· Fluent in both English and Swedish (written and spoken).
· Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
· Self-driven, proactive, and confident in voicing opinions in a constructive and strategic manner.
