How will you contribute?
As an IT Specialist with a focus on security, your main objective will be to ensure that CellaVision’s IT environment is both secure and reliable. You will actively implement and enforce best-practice security measures and continuously work to improve internal processes so that IT becomes a true enabler for the business rather than a bottleneck.
At the same time, you recognize that IT is about people as much as technology. That’s why you will contribute by managing and developing the internal IT support function—making sure colleagues get fast, effective help when needed. By working closely with the rest of the IT team, you will strengthen support workflows, reduce recurring issues, and improve user satisfaction.
As a IT Specialist you will:
- Security Leadership
You will apply, maintain, and enforce strong security practices across the organization, proactively identifying risks and closing gaps before they become problems. - Support Management & Development
You will take ownership of internal support, ensuring efficient incident handling and continuously developing the function to better serve end users. - Hands-On Technical Expertise
You will provide 2nd-level support across a broad range of areas, including: - Windows/Linux environments
- Security devices and controls
- Various business-critical software packages
Skills & Experience you bring
- Support & Process Management – Practical experience leading and improving IT support operations.
- Security-Driven Mindset – Strong motivation to build security into every process and technology decision.
- Microsoft Ecosystem Knowledge – Solid hands-on expertise with Microsoft products and services.
- User-Focused Communication – Clear and empathetic support style, with excellent English skills (spoken and written).
- Holistic IT Understanding – Ability to connect the dots between hardware, software, and organizational requirements to ensure a secure and reliable infrastructure.
