What You'll Do
As Engineering Manager for our hardware team, you’ll lead a highly skilled group of engineers in mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, and embedded systems. You’ll ensure technical excellence while fostering teamwork and individual growth. You’ll report to our Director of Hardware and play a key role in product development—especially in precision instruments and advanced medical devices.
This role requires broad technical competence—you understand systems at a high level and can connect the dots between hardware, software, and electronics to support and guide your team effectively.

About You
You’re a confident leader who enjoys coaching people and driving development. You’re organized, collaborative, and passionate about tech and innovation. You are also goal-oriented, and have the ability to focus on several parallell tasks at once. You enjoy leading cross-functional teams and have a strong background in hardware development—ideally from medtech, industrial automation, or high-tech environments.
