Key tasks as Test Leader
Manage development projects together with the Director Hardware and Product Manager.
Write test plans and test reports, as well as analyze test results and report defects.
Ensure that there is a strong integration of testing throughout the development process with early test planning and exploratory tests.
Coach and lead the team in verification and validation work.
Continue to develop the testing process in an agile direction together with other Test Leaders.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
Master of Science or equivalent in a related field.
Experience in leading test activities and planning/coordinating testing.
Experience in writing documents for quality assurance or other technical documentation.
Knowledge of all levels of the testing pyramid, from unit tests to system tests.
Knowledge of hardware testing and embedded systems.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements, compliance, and testing.
A well-developed communicative ability that reflects in your way of communicating with others as well as in your ability to summarize your work in writing, both in English and in Swedish.
It’s an advantage if you have
Experience driving agile transformation.
Some knowledge of programming.
Hands- on experience with test equipment like multimeters and oscilloscopes.
Familiarity with risk management processes.
Previous experience in MedTech or other regulated environments.
