How you will contribute
This position is a QA Specialist role with extended responsibility as an Environmental Officer.
As QA specialist, you and your team make sure that CellaVision’ s quality management system complies with laws, regulations and standards such as IVDR, 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485.
As QA Specialist you will for example:
- Review quality related documentation
- Participate in quality related improvement projects
- Assist in CAPA and non-conformity investigations
- Perform internal audits and supplier audits
- Participate in external audits external part
- Handle quality issues with suppliers
As Environmental Officer, you play a key role in ensuring that our operations meet the environmental standards. Your focus is to maintain and develop our environmental management system in line with ISO 14001, ensuring compliance across our processes and supporting continuous improvement. You work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to embed environmental considerations into our daily work.
As Environmental Officer you will for example:
- Monitor CellaVision’s environmental performance and ensure compliance with relevant legislations and regulations
- Prepare and hold Environmental Management reviews
- Conduct environmental risk assessments and impact analyses
- Identify opportunities for environmental improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate environmental goals and requirements in daily operations
- Monitor new and updated environmental standards and regulations and make sure that those are incorporated in our environmental management system
What you will bring
You will bring a positive attitude and a “nothing-is-impossible” mentality. When potential for improvement is identified, you are able to initiate and drive changes on a smaller or larger scale, involving internal stakeholders from different departments. At the Quality Department we strive for an open climate and a close collaboration with other departments, hence your ability to communicate and cooperate is highly valued!
We also believe that you are a meticulous person who organizes and prioritizes your work efficiently and is committed to achieve set goals.
- You have a MSc or equivalent in a relevant field
- You have experience from developing, implementing and managing environmental management systems according to ISO 14001.
- You have experience within Quality Assurance for Medical Device.
- You have advanced level of English and Swedish, written and verbal
