Your responsibilities
As Product Manager you will have your own area of expertise and work in close collaboration with the development teams to drive the product development process. You will be responsible for identifying what creates the most value for our customers as well as for CellaVision’s business. You will serve as the liaison between different departments within the company as well as external contacts such as our partners.
As a Product Manager you will:
- Drive the product development process and act as the product owner towards the development teams and other functions within CellaVision.
- Be part of ensuring CellaVision has the right product offering by managing the product portfolio, product strategy, product support material, and product value proposition to guarantee overall profitability.
- Determine customer needs and desires by specifying and conducting market research studies in close collaboration with our UX Designer and the Marketing department.
- Prioritize features and control project scope to reach project objectives.
- Be an expert on CellaVision's products and provide daily operational support to both internal and external contacts.
- Establish and maintain project-related documents such as project plan, schedule, backlog, and high-level requirements.
- Drive the development of new products from already existing ideas or by identifying potential products through customer insights and market research.
- Be responsible for briefing and providing content to the Marketing department for marketing materials related to your product areas and launches.
- Participate in managing the products throughout their life cycle. Plan for short-term and long-term milestones and closely monitor progress of the product.

About You
The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience in their profession and operate under general direction within a well-defined framework of accountability. They will be adept at applying a broad range of theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies to assignments that involve complex features and challenges. This role encompasses a wide variety of technical and professional activities, requiring the ability to investigate, define, and resolve intricate issues across different contexts. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, a systematic approach to their work, and the ability to effectively apply and expand their skills in the role. They will be expected to plan, manage, and complete assignments independently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and quality. We believe that you have a university education equivalent to a Master of Science degree or similar.
- University degree in marketing/medicine/technology or equivalent.
- Previous experience working as project manager or product manager.
- Sufficient hands-on experience within their profession and works under general direction within a clear framework of accountability.
- Skills and experience to apply a broad range of theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies to assignments to tackle complex technical or professional activities, in a variety of contexts.
- Ability to investigate, define and resolve complex issues.
- Demonstrates judgement and a systematic approach to work. Effectively applies skills and explores these capabilities for their role.
- Ability to plan and complete assignments independently.
