About the Role
We’re now looking for a Software Engineer to join our collaborative and agile Applications Team. You’ll work hands-on with everything from architecture and implementation to testing and deployment – all while being part of a supportive environment where learning and sharing are core values.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain full-stack software using C++, C#, .NET, WPF.
Contribute to architecture and design of new applications.
Review code, hunt bugs, and optimize performance.
Write clean, maintainable unit tests.
Perform troubleshooting and testing as part of the quality work.
Collaborate closely with your team and adjacent departments.
You’ll report to the Development Manager for Applications BF.

About You
You’re a curious problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment. You’re structured, take initiative, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty in code. Your "doer mentality" helps you go from idea to implementation – and you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo.
You combine deep expertise in your core area with a willingness to collaborate across disciplines, embracing a T-shaped mindset. Whether you're contributing in your area of strength or supporting teammates in theirs, you’re eager to share knowledge, learn from others, and help the team succeed as a whole.
Your Experience
A Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.
3–5 years’ experience in full-stack software development.
Experience in developing Windows Applications in C++ and/or C#.
Good collaboration skills.
Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written.
Familiarity with automated testing, GIT, and agile teams.
Knowledge in one or several of the following areas:
Image analysis
Pattern recognition and classification
Design of user interfaces
SQL databases
Regulatory-controlled environment
Python scripting
WPF and Windows desktop applications
