At CellaVision you get the opportunity to influence how you work, both on a team and company level. This gives you the freedom to take as much responsibility as you like and investigate promising new technologies.

What does your job involve?
I work as a Software Engineer in a cross functional team of around 5 people. Among others, my work tasks include:
- Developing software and architecture for new applications
- Analysing requirements in cooperation with our Product managers and Application specialists
- Verification and validation of developed software
- Investigating software tools that can improve the overall development process
What do you like most about your job?
The best thing about my job is that I am faced with new challenging tasks every day.
This distinguishes CellaVision from my other workplaces:
At CellaVision you get the opportunity to influence how you work, both on a team and company level. This gives you the freedom to take as much responsibility as you like and investigate promising new technologies.
What are three things people don’t know about you?
I played chess all the way through elementary school, mostly because my older brother played and I got jealous of all the trophies he brought home.
Since 2015, I have been taking part in a trail run called "Beat the mountain", which among other things involves running 13 km up and down a ski slope.
I have only completed "Beat the mountain" once without cramping...
If you could have a dream dinner party, who would sit at your table?
Since I am a huge sports enthusiast I would probably invite Jaromir Jagr, Aaron Rodgers and Markus Rosenberg.
What do you do for fun?
Once a week, me and my childhood friends meet up to play football against other teams in a local amateur league. Even though we normally lose it is still great fun.
What would you tell your 20-year-old self?
You look very fit! :)
Is there a particular person at CellaVision who has helped you in the company? How have they helped?
My team as a whole has been very helpful from the start, helping me settle in to both our work process and toolset. In general, everybody is very helpful at CellaVision so you do not need to hesitate to ask for help if you are stuck on how to time report or how to report travel expenses.
Do you have any advice for people thinking of applying to work for CellaVision?
Send in your application! I am sure you will enjoy CellaVision as much as I do.
